How can I install PHP, Apache, SQL Lite to my free shell by putty? / xShellz

When I try to upload these files to my shell, It shows that failed. And by putty I can't run the files which are in my local Windows PC. I really don't why, nothing wrong I do. Please tell me how to work out the problem.

You can't just upload them from your Windows PC; they'd need to be installed by the server administrator. You are using a shared system, running apache for your self wouldn't be possible. If you want to do something like that, you'll need a VPS instead.
